Bellini Cookie

That’s right ladies and gentlemen...I transformed the elegant brunch beverage into a Juicy Cookie with champagne extract, pears, peaches, mango, vegan white chocolate and topped with edible gold sprinkles.  Oh, and be sure to hold your pinky finger straight up when you’re eating this cookie...it’ll make you and the cookie look fancy...;-) 

Ingredients: gluten-free flour, organic brown sugar, non-GMO vegan butter, dried pears, dried peaches, organic coconut milk, vegan white chocolate chips, dried mango, organic apple puree, champagne extract, organic vanilla extract, Himalayan sea salt, sunflower lecithin, baking soda, vegan gold sprinkles.
